DELIVERY \

Sapphire Sweets Bakery delivers to the Greater Austin Area. Use the "order form" tab at the top of the page to submit your order and select the best delivery fee option based on your delivery address. 

WEDDING INQUIRIES \

For Wedding Inquiries, please use our email sapphiresweetsbakeryatx@gmail.com

Once we have received your email we will discuss your wedding cake ideas. Then our Wedding Cake Order Form & Contract will be emailed to you. This form includes cake and frosting flavors, cake sizes, details, and reference photo inserts. The contract includes deposit & invoice payment information along with floral and greenery information. 

Once we have received the signed Order Form/Contract you will be placed on our baking schedule. We will then start working on your invoice. You will receive two invoices, one being the deposit and the other being the remaining balance of your order. 

HOW TO ORDER \

To place your order, head to our "order form" tab at the top of the page. Use the calendar to select the best delivery date for you. Please make sure the date is several days from the current date. This ensures we have time to prepare your order. For custom orders, contact us using our email or call us. Now for the fun part, select your desired baked goods! Next, enter your credit card information, phone number, and email. Lastly, insert your delivery location, delivery details, and any additional information we should have before the delivery date.

 

Once your order has been submitted it will need to be approved. If you don't receive an approval within 24 hours of submission please call or email us.

PAYMENT \

To make a payment go to the "order form" tab at the top of the page. After completing the required sections scroll to the bottom of the form. Then there will be a section where you can enter your credit card and contact information. 

For custom orders, an invoice will be sent your way once we have discussed all your order details.
